Franchi & Kim is located in Brescia: the area of Italian metal and steel par excellence. Since Roman times, the city has been characterized by craft activities focused on metalworking. A vocation that was followed and maintained in all subsequent ages, until the industrial revolution, in which this propensity underwent a surge.
The economic sector of the area is still focused on the production and processing of ferrous and non-ferrous materials and steel. Steel and mechanics companies, users or manufacturers of machine tools and carpentry are some of the subjects in the metal sector that make up Brescia entrepreneurial fabric. This, supported by the first industrial association in Italian history, largely revolves around this peculiarity, which has become specialization from an engineering point of view.
And the color is not excluded and - indeed - it is an integral part, as it "protects" and provides identity to the products produced in our area.
BRESCIAN INDUSTRIAL ASSOCIATION
Founded in 1892, it represents industrial enterprises in the province of Brescia and is one of the oldest Italian industrial associations and among the largest in the country, with over 1.300 companies registered.
